Remember: “No matter how busy your life is, there is always room for more!” “First things first, the Lord was saying…Take care of my business and I’ll take care of yours.”
Author and teacher Cynthia Heald puts it this way, “We are intimate with God as we choose to be.” There are always excuses. Question is what are you going to do about it?
Making room for God is not easy. Life is always busy and there are always distractions, events, etc.
“The Better Part is not out there somewhere. It is inside us, where Christ dwells by his Holy Spirit.”
The 4 keys to keeping God first:
* Consistency - practice makes perfect.
* Creativity - journal, prayer
* Conversation
